You say this like there's some skill involved in killing french tanks. You don't get too close to them and you shoot them. No weakspots to aim for, no dingtanium mantlets... they have a VERY specific playstyle, and outside of that style they are pretty shit tanks. To put it another way... how often is an IS-3 going to win a 400+ meter sniper match with a Tiger II? It's outside the IS-3's playstyle and inside the Tiger II's style.
Also I'd be very leery about adjusting any tank that's below tier 8. With the matchmaking the way it is, a tier 5 or 6 is far more likely to have their W/L ratio be affected by their team than their own skill. This goes double for the BDR... what a shitty tank.

Yeah, really. Frenchies are so easy to kill for me, unless they're a tier ahead of me I can usually kill em with ease

I'm about 10k exp from researching the lorraine, not planning to buy it though until I see how badly it is nerfed.

Aslong as it's not over the top, that would be fine. It does fly quite well for a gal of it's size.

You have the frontal that is literally impenetrable in a Tiger(P)enis, you have the long 88 which is an excellent gun for it's tier. You also have the tigers new bouncinium mantlet. Play support, and always turn your front towards the enemy. Just make sure the group you're supporting aren't idiots.
