I keep taking my TrollKV hoping I would get to use it on some frenchies, but in the last 5 matches I've done with it, the only french tanks were on my team.

Kind of funny to watch people make fun of french tanks, saying they shoot white flags, go 150km/h backwards, then I go up on them and unload 6 HE shells into their ass and kill them.

Goon, Jove and I where platooning on mountain pass.
No arty, so i decide to camp on top of the mountain next to the rocky spawn.
On mountain top, damaging nerd tanks, team suddenly starts bitching at me for being a "camping noob" and that i "lost us the game"
4 minutes later, my entire team is dead, enemy has 5 tanks left.
I defended our cap, killing all the remaining enemies and won us the game.

I think it had to do with their defensive tactics. They used their tanks to support their infantry, and they dug in trenches expecting a repeat of the first world war. The Germans came along and drove over their trenches and let their infantry clean up the mess. I guess you could say the french did Nazi that coming.

So is the KV-13 good? I have really enjoyed the Russian medium tanks so far, as they are a good alternative to the camping madness that is the German TD line.
I am currently in my almost elite T-34/100 and I am really enjoying it, but I have heard so many bad things about the T-43 that I got worried that I never would get past it.
I then started thinking about researching the KV-13 first and then the T-43 later on (it only costs 26K exp when you have the KV-13. Should I just get the T-43 over with to get to the T-44, or is the KV-13 a nice detour worth taking?

Im grinding the t-43 now, it's not that bad. just a 34-85 with better armour and the id10t gun is a bit more accurate
the KV-13 is like the normal t-34, but with more armour. it has fast guns, but not that powerful. kind of a heavy scout
also you get the IS after, which is fun

Thanks a lot for the info man! The T-34 is my favourite tank of all time, so I might just research the KV-13 before continuing with the T-43. Then I also have the option to jump right in the middle of the Russian heavy tree with the IS later on, which is a nice bonus.

Cannot stand how slow the AMX 38. Sure it takes a beating, but I just played a game where I didn't even get to shoot.... and it was my doubles, netting me only 240xp.
