Last night I fought a 100% Pershing in the lakebed alone on Caucasus in my 13/75, and I killed him without being hit once. The retard was using auto aim as I was circling him. Best part; another 13/75 came along, and I killed him as well without taking any damage, because he decided autoaim would be a good idea as well.

Overlord confirmed that both M103 and T110 have classic "single shot" cannons, no autoloaders.

I'd expect it to protect against arty splash trackings better on high tier tanks, because bigger tanks have more health in the tracks so 30% for them is a lot. Like equipping it on an IS-7 against artyfaggots.
But for a leopard, I doubt it'll make that 100mm shell not blow them off.
But even for high tier tanks it's more useful to take something like spall liner or gun layer instead of track health
I just got my amx 13 75 crew up to 100%, which ability should i choose? i was thinking about getting firefighting first because of the frontal engine.
