Actually, the damn thing has hidden values for that once you get the 1200 HP engine. Then it out turns its own turret.
this t28 is slow as shit and eating all my credits
and in my opinion the T-28 was not worth it's grind to the KV.

So, I just bought my first SPG and I join the queue. I land in a game with tier 3-5's while I'm a fresh tier 2. I'm meddling with how it works at spawn, and a few tanks were around when a medium tank comes blazing in and just rams me, and I explode right before he dies to ally fire. I expect this is how all artillery is going to go right?

Yeah okay, every game I enter with my Tier 2 Bison my team and the enemy team are all tier 4-5. Not to mention artillery is kinda awkward to use in this game. Back to sniping with HE rounds!

Nope.
Horns are canceled, clan tags and French tanks are coming in the next patch (apparently in the next few weeks since it's out on the Russian servers).

Artillery only goes up to Tier 8, so lower tiered artillery are made to fight tanks 3 or so tiers above it, so don't be phased away from artillery because tanks are a higher tier than you, you can still damage them heavily
