I think I got the hang of the Jagdpanzer IV
You gotta play like you're not there at all, if you move too much the stupid animals playing this game will target you first instead of the IS-4 right next to you.
If you get into a Tier 6 match (which doesn't happen often in my case), you're fucking Rambo with an IS-7's DPM and bouncium upper hull.

I found the Jpanzer to be an amazing tank when fully upgraded.
I dueled a Maus in it, got it down to 26% from 70% before i got killed by artillery.
Thanks guys :P you made me not so hesitant to buy this tank. I was afraid it was gonna be another A20.

It'll be another A-20, but the grind will actually be worth it.

It's certainly not OP, but it's not bad either. I'd rather have an E-50 though.
All tier 9 meds are good imo.
It really depends on your playstyle.

I prefer the Ferdi' to the king tiger, but thats probably just because I like TD in general

Well if you want to be useful in CW you're going to need a T10. That said the Ferdinand is an awesome tank.

If your pal doesn't already have a T10, he should get the KT and work to the E100, otherwise Ferdi is a great tank.

Its statistically the best, and unless things have changed (probably have) was the highest XP earning tank in the game. That said, it's key weaknesses are a noticeable loss of speed and mediocre hull armor (with impenetrable turret).
It and the E-50 are both really good, where as the T-54 is decent but lacks alpha in an incredibly alpha-biased game.
