Any info on/renders of the T25-2 or the T28 prototype yet?
Apparently they're turreted (open top) versions of the T25 and T28.
Apparently they're turreted (open top) versions of the T25 and T28.
Well yeah that I know but I mean like hard stats
nope.
Are you also able to go from the M10 Wolverine to the M18 Hellcat or did they decide not to let you do that?
I guess i've made the better match possible on the IS
glorious top tier tank, but suffers against T29s sadly
What about Slugger->Hellcat?
Also, is there any point to getting the VK2801 now that HE has been nerfed? Ive been saving the ~5k XP grind on the Leopard for a rainy day and now that I have a bunch of credits I feel like buying one. I would figure that the nerfed hetzcannon is pretty terrible though.
source

Wargaming TV News Block # 9, just behind the speaker at 0:56 - 1:30
The tank is confusing me. It looks kinda like a hellcat but it has a bunch of odd features that prevent it from being one. On the other hand it doesnt really look at all like a T25 or a T28. The only thing I can recognize are the parts on the rear hull that look slightly reminiscent of the cargo holds on the T28/T95
Hopefully they don't add a stupid ass hp system and slow down the physics to arcade levels
Based on the last time I played the Alpha, its already like that.
time to buy the T82 and get the little required exp for the tier 4 M8A1 ready for when it comes.
went to do this first battle, stock T18 jesus i love this TD :v:
It looks like a T25 mixed with a slugger. Also begone zombie goast page

I want that glorious Hellcat. I already have a T25, but TDs with turrets make me hard.
Darn, looks like i'll never get a T30... Or anything higher than a tier 5. (Unless i became a subscriber and i pay for the T30 with gold) Old yet gold, the video that got me into World of Tanks. I love this video. Goon, your a fucking genius.
Are you also able to go from the M10 Wolverine to the M18 Hellcat or did they decide not to let you do that?
I really hope they do because I am currently grinding to get to the Wolverine.
so basically im a nice little worthless tier 2 german tank destroyer and because im a nice little worthless tier 2 german tank destroyer, "I'm going to be smart and take that tight flank on the left" - everyone in my team, Lakeville, 1/24/2012 (not pictured - loads of other enemy tanks right next to our point [II]) our supporting tank destroyes and arty get it in their butts, enemy units steamroll into our control point already 3 loses, oh god we are so fucked wtf
Stuck in a duckmobile. [editline]23rd January 2012[/editline] Duke Nukem eases the pain.
is it just me or is the hetzers xp earnings fucking horrible [editline]23rd January 2012[/editline] I find myself pressing C to reload every so often even not in a french tank lmao
Nothing like the feeling of being placed into the bottom of a tier 8 match as an easy 8. With 3 type 59's on the other team. Then unloading 5 rounds into the back of one and setting it on fire. Then having its ammo rack explode. Then it happens again with another one. And as a cherry on the cake, I destroy a tiger (p) by shooting its cupola repeatedly while its ignoring me. So overall, two dead Type 59's, a tiger (p), and only 10 rounds left. [editline]23rd January 2012[/editline] Honestly one of my best games in the easy 8 ever.
I killed a T59 with my 2801, apparently 105mm HE can reliably penetrate the T59's ass.
hell I penned a T59 with the M4's 105 did a fuckload of damage
Just got top gun in the 13/90 and managed to kill a KT from full health in 3 hits, 1500xp (nonprem) Oh. My. God. This is the most bullshit-o-matic awesome tank ever when played extremely aggressively.
Just saw a panther II with a 105mm. It had the upgraded turret too.
Lately I've been playing a lot of League of Legends and its made me realize something. There are two problems I have with WoT that prevent me from enjoying it wholeheartedly or even enough to make a few games here and there worthwhile. I can hop on LoL and have a nice competitive game. I'll win some, lose some, wreck shit, get wrecked, etc etc. I do it for fun and it's made to have fun in. I can play who I want and how I want, generally. Meanwhile over in WoT, when I hit "Battle" first of all I almost always do so with the intent of progressing to a tank or module I'm not currently in possession of. Looking back, that's a pretty fucking shitty reason to play a game, unless wherever you're going is at least 5000x better for whatever shit you put up with while playing a game. But that's not even the worst part. 3 out of 4 matches you'll end up at the bottom or near the bottom, and unless the tank you're playing can cope or you magically got 40 games in at the top and researched, bought, and equipped all the modules for the tank you're probably going to feel pretty shitty, and you're probably going to perform pretty shitty. You're forced into a situation you didn't at all want but signed up for when you decided to start matchmaking Then say the luck of the gods has been blessed you and given you a grace period of a single game. You'll be so piped up you won't want to lose the opportunity to kill everything in sight you might just fuck up or get fucked. Hell your own team could outrun you and wipe out the entire enemy team while you're driving at ramming speed in a heavy (aka: 20kph). Or you could turn a corner and meet every single high tier enemy tank. It appears that WoT is just built upon a foundation of pure bullshit, and it's really obvious when compared to other games involving any remote amount of progression. You're supposed to have fun in games and it seems you're not really supposed to have fun in WoT. Instead WG baits the players with infinite progress, where if you don't pay a minimum of $15 a month you're going to get nowhere.
help help i dont know how to deal any sort of damage when fighting with these goddamn hetzers

The tenseness of that one game where you decimate the enemy, save your team from destruction and go for the win with 30HP left isn't a feeling I've quite felt in other games. Although it's kind of balanced out by making me feel like punching the monitor every other game where you have a failteam or accidentally run into a wolfpack.
