So I haven't played this game in a long time and I'm thinking about starting up again. I just have a few questions first: Is the grind still as bad as when I played it? Is there still Russian bias and shitty German tanks? And are they actually updating more often then a patch every 3 weeks?

Yes it is, Germans have amazing heavies so I heard - Russians rule in terms of damage, No. My list is Tiger, Stug III, JagdPzIV, T1, Wolverine, KV, plus Tetrarch and T127. I'm trying to save up for the KV-3 right now.

Russian tanks are all powerful, german tanks have high precision but generally lose to russian heavies. Americans still have really good mediums, french tanks suck until tier 5. AMX-40 worst tank ever thought up has also been added. And updating, lol. Theres a maybe for a patch every 3 months now.

thanx ...how did that lower plate absorb 6 of my 13/90 shots perpendicular to the other tank at 10 meters bullshit the rear armor also has a propensity for magically bouncing 170+ pen rounds perfectly perpendicular to the armor

Ah fuck man, 6th time i've been 1 shotted in my Type59 due to this ammo rack shite. Would it be worth getting a wet rack or will i still get 1 shot killed? Also getting wet rack would mean sacrificing the gun laying drive or the other thing that improves aim while turning..

Better gun, faster, probably better armour too. I didn't bounce anything in my BDR

AMX 90's 90mm pens 170 on average so it won't get through the combined armor of 160mm hull and ~30mm (guess) tracks. It's why I never engage IS-4s in mine, unless I can unload the revolver in his weaker ass.
