Hell, they do that now. I can't count the number of times I'd be shooting the fuck out of someone and literally half a second before my gun is reloaded, some ass-clown pulls up and shoots the guy who I single-handedly brought down to 5-10%.

USA tree has been added, French heavy and lite/medium tree has been added, along with a bunch of other bull shit
Go down the Soviet heavy tree, easy, forgiving, good end tier. German tree is fine, but its pretty laughable until the Kt, the first tiger is just mediocre in comparison to it's T7 counterparts, but still a decent tank, but in no way GERMAAAN STTEEEEEEL as the KT or E75

Because the description is correct, in its own way.
A crew going from 110% to 115%. That's a 5% increase, right as the vents say. But thanks to math and WoT calculations, it increases reload + other stuff crew does by just 2%.
