I wish I could play this game, there's this fucking physx issue where even having the physx version that comes with the game doesn't work. I've been trying to get it to work for hours. I hope reinstalling the game fixes it

GO here;
NVIDIA Inspector Tool – Version 1.95
http://download.orbmu2k.de/download.php?id=51
Once installed;
- Open nvidiaInspector
- Go to configure, button next to Driver version
- Go to profiles and select Bulletstorm
- The .exe they have by default is wrong (shippingpc-geargame.exe). You must add the correct .exe by then clicking on 'Add application to current profile' and selecting ShippingPC-StormGame.exe
- Once added scroll down to SLI section
- In section 'Number of GPUs to use on SLI rendering mode' select 'SLI_GPU_COUNT_TWO' for those that have SLI
- Click 'Apply changes'
ENJOY.
Is this worth the $60 for me and my friend to play Co-OP? We want a good co-op game.
Just got done...Holy shit love it. Even after doing countless skill shots they never got old. And the sniper is the best thing ever. [sp]Ending's total sequel set up though.[/sp]

Oops. Fixed.
This game's multiplayer doesn't really appeal to me. Does the SP stand well enough on its own?

I'm glad, I really hope they make another one

Does anyone else have messed up shadows? Theres like theres 5-6 lines on the ground all the time and they move with you and mess up anything you look at
Is there a way to get rid of the black bars? I hated them in Fear 2 and now they're in this game, though not as big.
This game is beautiful. Let me tell you why.
I love this game. I've only played a few hours, but I love this game. Over the last few years, I've fallen into the rut of the Call of Duties, the Grand Theft Autos, Crysis and ArmA II photo realistic graphics, and I had forgotten what it really meant to LOVE games. Sure, I'd get excited when I got a nice killstreak or outran some enemies, but I never felt that rush like I did when I first started gaming. They all pretty much got the same reactions from me: the occasional "That's nice." and mostly normal playing. By this point, I had forgotten that this wasn't "fun."
Then, I played Bulletstorm.
Somewhere in the middle of the hilarious one-liners and zipping around blowing things up, it hit me: I was having legitimate fun. I wasn't plowing through the story just to get the next bit of dialogue or to the next level. I died on purpose a few times just to go through parts a second time, whether it was because I wanted a higher score, or just because I had so much damn fun. This brought me back to the days of Crash Bandicoot and Tony Hawk games. I was finally playing a game and having a great time. That's a sensation I haven't felt in years. Thank you People Can Fly and Epic. You gave me my fun back.

It's not really mainly a co-op game, there's no co-op campaign. It's more of like a horde mode-type thing.

Also this game is pretty decent, although the kick is a bit disappointing at the moment.
So how do I get GFWL to work? I have an account but it doesn't want to log in. I got to the egg part and died

There needs to be a way to turn on and off that slowdown effect the kick has. I'd way rather whip somebody in then send them flying instead of having them float in front of me for a few seconds first.
Sushi dick is probably the greatest racial epithet ever uttered by a human.
I absolutely love this game, I could tell I was having fun because I was grinning through everything, even now. Everything from the satirical machoness, the awesome weapons like the sniper, to getting shitfaced and spraying all over the place, these devs know what they're doing.
On the subject of insults, "I will kill your dick" is the best threat ever made.
Going to buy this tomorrow once I get the money.
Hi learn to read. I said I did turn off AA.
Oh, sorry.
I didn't notice the rest.
Might grab this tomorrow when I go to the mall. Sounds promising.
To be honest, I don't really like it. I WANT to like it, but the beginning is literally 'press LMB to shoot this guy, or the game will not go back to regular speed", or "press R to do this unspecified thing with a vague command, there's no telling what will happen just press it".

I'm taking a screenshot every 30 secs (deleting the ones that are on menus and whatnot). If you're browsing the thread to see some pics you can check them out. Most are boring but there's a few good ones

I kinda agree. I'm not going to compare this to the GTA series or anything by Rockstar in general since that's a different type of game and I spend 50 hours+ on any of their games. This game has, however, changed my view on shooter gaming. I caught myself chuckling at a few of conversational pieces and the action is great. I just started Act 4 I believe.
It just feels fresh and new and I think that we needed this. It's nothing serious and it's not adding realistic effects like other games try. This game is just trying to be fun above all. That's what shooters need to go back to. Maybe with this release and DNF following suit we'll see some studios try out new concepts. Not that I dislike serious games but I do think we need more shooters that are laid back, try out some new elements, and go for fun first. Not to mention the game is rather lengthy.
I like the game, but because it was People Can Fly, I was expecting a little more. Painkiller was such a perfect game and still is one of my favourite games of all time. I was hoping Bulletstorm would be throwback to Painkiller (which was a throwback to even older FPS games). I still like the game though, I paid $47 for it and I think I'm getting my money's worth so far.

Does anybody know if this has splitscreen anarchy on consoles? Cause then I might just get it for xbox.

I said this earlier, and after playing it, I have this to say:
It was pretty damn awesome once I got past the boring arbitrary introduction sequence.
Beat the game a few hours ago, ending gave me the same feeling[sp]as the ending from Halo 2.[/sp]
