This time, it should leave a nice error message for you in McPatcher or CMD, which you can then PM me for a bit of help.

Does anybody remember what was the name of the mod that rotated natural textures around so things didn't look tiled? I remember reading about it in FP long time ago, but I wanted to know if it's still being updated and such. [editline]a[/editline] No idea why Notch/Jeb didn't implement that mod in the vanilla game yet, makes everything look much more natural.

Has anyone found a way to spawn the unused Green Villagers from the code? I've tried messing with Mob Spawners from Too Many Items, but it only spawns normal farmers.

Then I wouldn't mind creating a new world every time, because I'd likely be tired of old ones.
One of the fundamental problems in biomes right now is that there's almost no difference between them. Weather, trees, grass colour, bumpyness and that's it. Biomes need unique blocks, items, animals and mobs, not just different looks. Someone should tell Jeb this

Frankly I'm surprised they don't just deny you a download if the pennies modders get is really worth making a new site for.

I've started working on an adventure/puzzle map. More puzzle, since it won't have any real story. (Some stuff implied by the map layout itself but nothing in terms of characters/notes/events/etc.) Posting here instead of the What Are You Working On thread since I don't have any good screenshots yet and development is slow while I teach myself redstone from scratch as I go, but here's the basic tutorial zone with three puzzle areas: [img]http://i.imgur.com/7ILEe.jpg[/img] My goal is to have a basic concept result in some complex puzzles: the only block you can break is blue wool and the only spot you can place it is adjacent to green wool. Throughout the map there will be red wool hidden in hard-to-reach places, as a collectible and added goal. Combined with pistons, pressure plates, minecarts, fire, and other things I hope to make some really devious puzzles. My plan is to have it open up a bit after the tutorial warehouse, into larger set pieces with multiple smaller non-linear challenges leading up to a singular goal.
