Happy New Year! Since the Minecraft™ project reached 10,000 supporters on LEGO® CUUSOO, many of you have been eagerly awaiting our update. Until now, the project has been in the LEGO Review—a stage before product development begins where a LEGO Jury evaluates the idea’s feasibility as a product and makes a decision.
We're happy to announce that the Minecraft project on LEGO CUUSOO has passed the LEGO review and we are now developing a concept that celebrates the best aspects of building with the LEGO system and in Minecraft. We can’t wait to show it to you—but it isn't ready just yet. These things take time, so we appreciate your patience. More details are to come.
Oh hey three weeks ago, haven't seen you in a while.

Lego and minecraft good god the blocks shall blot out the sun.
Oh, from jeb's twitter there are some tweets about jungle slimes. Neat.
So this is my W.I.P Ark on Profan's Server:

jungle slimes WICKED
We must convince Jeb that giant insects are better than slimes!

I like slimes.
I like slimes.
Maybe we could have both  After all, Jungles should be jammed full of life.
Maybe you could break through leaves, and at random a small jungle slime might pop out like a silverfish, and if you kill it it'll drop poison which you could use with a bow to paralyze mobs, and at this point for a small ammount of time they can't move and they will never despawn, so you can push them into a cage and keep them as dangerous exotic pets :V

Have a retweet there pal.
Thing I love about Jeb is that when he has an idea it actually goes somewhere. Now that Jeb's got it in his head that SOMETHING will be in jungles at some point, it actually will happen.
P.S. I am pulling for pterodactyls. Because pterodactyls are always in fantasy landscape jungles. I think. Or maybe giant moths or something else that flies. So long as we can tame them.
I'm not entirely sure if I want there to be too many monsters, or an overwhelming amount. I'd be fine with slimes and maybe some variations of already existing mobs.
Like, say instead of a chicken we have a bird that has the behavior of trying to get to the tallest near tree, and then gliding from tree to tree. If there isn't enough trees around, it'll wander around until it finds an area with a suiting amount of trees. Or something.

It certainly couldn't hurt to have more though. More biome-specific guys to make each one feel more unique. Giant birds and monkeys in jungles, maybe like horses or centaurs or something inhabiting plains, that sort of thing. Minecraft definitely needs more official monsters and passive creatures running about, the current set just seems a bit and not very fleshed-out.
Jungles require those

I think there should be more types mobs, however they all shouldn't spawn a lot. Right now you can find huge packs of cows, sheep, pigs etc randomly. But I think instead of a large group of one animal, it should be a large group of different animals. All different sizes with different behaviors, that way it isn't just a bunch of animals running around on the ground, but some that prefer to climb, and others that prefer to fly. There needs to be more passive/neutral mobs added as well. Right now there are more aggressive mobs than passive. Of course there should be biome specific mobs too.
Also, remember that with the new AI guy mobs wont just be mindless jumpy animals that are annoying more than anything, they'll be much smarter, maybe interact with each other a lot, and hopefully not jump like maniacs.

What I basically mean is I don't want a mo's creatures in minecraft. I don't want things to be cluttered with a plethora of creatures that are indifferent and inunique to eachother.
When the jungle update goes live, I'm gonna create new worlds until I spawn in a jungle and play Welcome To The Jungle.

Yeah I agree, I don't like how Mo'creatures does it, some of them are nice, but overall it just doesn't feel right.

You inspired me.
I also made a similar version of that on your server, in my house.
So we were having a bit of an issue on our server, some people thought our town looks strangely like a swastika

We tried to fix it, but I think we only made it worse

How the hell did you manage that?
How the hell did you manage that?
We have no idea. We figured adding a fire pit in the center and widening out some of the paths would fix it. It just sort've happened.

Who cares what it looks like, it's a pathway.
If people want to see a swastika, then so be it.

Its just a joke.
That's kind of like how everything I build starts looking like Jeffry Dahmer's face :v:
