You could make the HUD and font textures transparent, then just make sure you have nothing in your hotbar, or re-texture an item to be transparent, and fill your hotbar with that item.

Cobblestone is always nice to have, I can never get enough of it since I'm always doing these projects that involve it. If you don't need it then chuck it into lava or something.
Get into enchanting. Getting a fortune III pick could mean the difference between 10 diamonds and a stack of diamonds.

You know, this "don't watch/use if you don't like it" excuse is terrible.
It it used EVERY time some people (usually bad at what they do) gets any criticism at all.
You should instead learn to take it and try to fix things that people dislike.
And yes, everyone is quite sick of LPs because there's A LOT of them.
If you want to do an LP, you should expect this kind of response, especially if what you do is generic as fuck.
You should at least have some twist, like that guy who is going to the Far Lands, or whatever.

Well do something interesting as we have already 5 million people making Let's Plays. And every single let's play is almost the same.
There are good lets plays out there, and I've seen new ones sprout here and there that are decent and I watch them. The thing is it's generally the person that makes the lets play interesting, not the actual lets play. This is not the case with you, you are just an annoying asshat and I couldn't find your lets play more boring.

Yo, anyone know of any UK/EA minecraft servers?
Scrolling through the server lists on the forums (both fp and mcforums) I only seem to be able to find USA servers, which lag like hell for me.
About The End.. how about it just becoming more.. "lively" after killing the Ender Dragon, having everything go more friendly, say, you taking off some curse off of Endermen, making them.. well... different :v:

I'm going to try to get a few mods to spice up my world a bit once 1.2 comes out and they're all updated. Right now I'm thinking of optifine, but I don't really know any others. I'd like something that maybe adds a few new weapons or some new ores, armor and stuff, maybe chain mail. Anyone got any ideas?
Peaceful Pack is a nifty addition, basically gives you alternatives of obtaining mob-based resources without killing mobs
That would be cool if I didn't already have chests and chests full of every mob drop due to my mob grinder :v:

To be honest there's no need to be this rude to the guy, but it is true that vanilla Minecraft let's plays are plenty. There are just a little over 600,000 of them in YouTube, so it wouldn't hurt trying to make it stand out more. Maybe try adding a few game-changing mods, or doing some custom maps?

I didn't even watch his lets play. I have no problem with people making lets plays, if they're bad no one will watch them and he'll eventually stop. I was mad because he used the shitty "Don't like it don't watch it" arguement.
