No shit it'll get nerfed if it's op. A good champ is one that is solid and you find fun to play. Even if they nerfed lee sin to the ground I'd still enjoy him because I like his play style.
I'd like to see a Sejuani vs Sejuani lane. When they start fighting, neither can get out quickly unless they run out of mana.

also solotop shyvana is my favourite solotop atm, she's ridiculously fun if you're not against gp (you're always going to be against gp) and it's pretty fun to just turn around and destroy people as a dragon
it's a shame her dragon form looks pretty lame but it's still fun

Power Transfer is alright, but by the time you actually get the shield up the enemy has most likely already unloaded their poke onto you
Gravity Field is only useful for area denial because of its low as shit range
Death Ray is good and does a lot of damage but is fairly simple to predict

he's cool and all but everyone else does exactly what he does, better
Annie, for example, has everything Viktor has, but all of her abilities are much more reliable. Her AP ratios are also higher, she isn't as mana hungry and she's easy to play.
annie sucks dick
she's pretty good but she's a little bit out of the meta, she's an AP carry that can initiate and that needs to get close to deal damage, without having an escape mechanism
