Vayne was considered OP because of her insane mobility, her early game damage was insane with a decent support player, and she counters other AD carries.
Her ultimate invis in team fights is GODLIKE, the people with oracles is usually further away, since it's the supports that have it, unless it's a taric, but he isn't used much in high elo anyway.
The way that she snowballs in low elo games is also insane because as i said before, nothing runs from her with her ult, in a lot of cases flashes doesn't even help.
Her stun has EXTREME damage if you hit them on a wall, and if you don't you either fucked up, are running, or miscalculated by a small amount.
Her W again is one of the best AD carry skills there is in the game because it's fucking insane true damage, and counters all bruisers badly, before she even has LW, and when she has that, it's just even worse for them.
You say you poke her in your lane, what fucking hero do you poke her with lmao, and especially if it's with a soraka, she just auto hits q auto hits and then another one with silver bullets and you lost the trade off, because she was skilled enough to dodge your shitty sivir Q, cait or whatever.

They also nerfed her Passive move speed aswell.

You poke her with whatever Carry your playing. And your support does the same as theirs. Why are you imposing a lack of skill on your part? Maybe the Vayne players were just faster than you?
Her W does not have "fucking insane" damage. We actually had a discussion about it last thread, i think WP posted the maths for it. It's quite manageable actually. You only feel the full force if you get free hitted by her, which is a death sentence with ANY AD carry.
Her ulti is powerful in a team fight yes. But she is easily countered by focusing her or stunning her before she tumbles or Ulti's. Alot of champs Ulti's are GODLIKE in team fights, I don't see how Vayne's is the only Ulti that is so amazing it requires you to nerf the shit out of her. Trynda's is more GODLIKE in my opinion anyway, but he's easy to counter.
The way she snowballs "in low elo games" well theres your issue: don't hate on Vayne, it's just low elo players who can't handle her.
I just don't think any of your arguments are particularly persuasive, and neither are they the only champion they apply too.
Many champions could have exactly the same skillset as Vayne, Ahri being one of them maybe? True Damage, Stun (in the form of her Love spell ((forgot the name )) and her blink blink blink Ulti.

When was I complaining? I was just saying it's stupid to say "riot nerfed X champion for no good reason but I'm smarter than everyone else and can counter that champion easy!!!" It wasn't that easy to counter Vayne and now Vayne players need to be a little more careful. Because she was stupidly easy to get her job done as, which is killing enemy team.
Kiting abilities combined with continious stealth every 2 seconds and BIG single target dps in a short time made her a bit too powerful IMO.

Why they had to nerf Alistar... why...
The AP Alistar nerf was okay and all, but then they nerfed his heal's ratio, which was stupid. He was dealing too big damage, not healing too much.
Then couple of patches later, they nerfed his ult. Out of the blue, but ofc they had to nerf him because he was picked in competitive league games and in high-elo.
