Actually, high elo games are much different from the games that most of us play, so most of that advice isn't always good (unless it's something like "X item is good on this champion" or "this way, you'll counter Y champion", "place wards here and there")
for example: TheOddOne plays Maokai without any AP items, and does well with his build. This isn't as good in low elo/normal games, because the teams there aren't as balanced, unlike the high elo teams, because the teams TheOddOne plays in probably already have enough damage and more defined roles.

Its funny because ELO doesn't represent true skill. That isn't to say you're bad, only that the bitchiness of matchmaking makes it impossible for some to get to what their "proper" ELO should be.
How to get to 2k ELO: Russian roulette a few matches early on, get magically stuck with competent people, which pushes your ELO up, making the odds of more competent people appearing increase. Repeat until 2k ELO.
Or reverse it for 200 ELO. Solo queue ranked obviously.

I don't see how any of the points i wrote was wrong, everything you wrote was complete bullshit, and you couldn't just counter vayne, she was superior to all the other AD carries. When you whine about her not needing any nerfs, then maybe you should try to compare her to all the other AD carries, and they do everything worse, except farming, and Graves ofcourse does more AoE damage in a team fight.
But seriously, i'm over discussing Vayne, i'll gladly point out why they nerfed all the other heroes they did in this patch.
Just because you're only playing normal games or whatever, and don't need 2k+ Vayne's doesn't make her a hero thats on par with the other AD carries. Riot is mostly balancing around tournament play and highest rated players, and all the nerfs i can remember for the notes was more than deserved.

And people complaining about elo hell, it's really wrong tbh, because people never stop being like that, it's even worse at 2k elo, people start to remember each others names, which means when they see each other in matchmaking on their team, they start flaming already, and troll picking, which just doesn't work at this elo, only if very lucky/big plays, and baron steals etc.
But as i said before, i'm thinking about starting to coach some interested Facepunch people, and in that matter, help people get out of Elo hell, as for myself, i never duo qued, and got out of it with purely playing Janna (That was before my Skarner obsession, which took me from 1700-1900, but when you say elo hell i reckon it's a lot lower)
There's just a lot of people saying that once you hit like 1400, 1600 1xxx rating, you're out of elo hell, it isn't like that. So don't get your hopes up when you hit specific brackets, because honestly, it doesn't get worse than the fact that people are able to come back into the game, even if you completely own them in the start, and they're a lot more aware of barons, so you can lose easily won games to stupid baron steals etc.

Your points are wrong for the reasons I originally stated (also known as an opinion but whatever), and because you had to resort to flaming rather than continuing a normal discussion, but those are your methods I guess; furthermore, Riot didn't nerf her 'ridiculous' W damage (that damage you said was really big and strong), yeah they didn't nerf that; and more than anything went with a set of nerfs that aim specifically at mobility and toning down her Ulti, not her direct AD.
Her W has never been a problem because I'm not stupid enough to let her three hit me or to generally take hits off of ANY AD carry; I don't see how this makes Vayne different. Her tumble hasn't been a problem, because I'm used to playing against champs like Lee Sin, Jax, Graves etc, who all have gap closers, these things exist.
The only nerf I agreed with was her Q duration for the Ulti bonus, which is fair enough, as in general I dislike stealth as a mechanic as I find it to be indicitive of "anti fun".
Also your ELO does not equal game intelligence. I play with a guy at 1854 ELO quite regularly, who makes retarded calls and buys stupid items. I also played with a friend when he first started and he was making callouts, buying good items and pushing with wards, zoning and focusing etc without ever having played ranked games.

The thing is that the other people here were already pointing out why you where wrong, and you obviously didn't even think about what they were saying, because their points already said why she needed to be nerfed. Also saying that you're not stupid enough to take 3 hits off a carry in a game is just dumb, since she can auto attack, q and then another one all withing 1,5 seconds in mid-late fights.
Her W damage is insane, but it has already been nerfed a ton, i didn't say that it needed any nerfing, i just pointed out why she overall was good, because she already had that, and this is one of the things that make her a bit more special as a carry, and i like how silver bolts is myself, although many dislike it.
I can have a normal conversation just fine, but just because you write big long words, doesn't exactly make you more aware of the game, and i was just tired of the ton of stupid points you brought out, and just felt like it that way. No matter how i type out my points, it doesn't make them less right, and just because you know a bad 1850 doesn't make me a bad 2k, and there's a big difference between the elo's as well, since it really starts ramping up right about that point.
Making bad decisions is also probably why he is only that rating, because maybe he's able to destroy his own lane, but if the other lanes losing, and he's doing nothing to help, it doesn't really matter, and getting caught late game due to bad decisions, targetting etc.
They way you come forth with your arguments is like some guy who wants to sound extremely smart and just spits out a lot of crap, long more advanced words which a lot of people don't usually learn themselves by just being on the internet, and other than that you're making bad comparisons with other heroes when talking about how she's balanced.
