Also if you're AP and want to push build lichbane. I did 800 damage to turrets with an auto as arhi yesterday, shit was cash.
I wonder how good Veigar would be if people built lichbane on him.

Well ever since they fixed it it's been a lot better. I love the banking system it really helps a lot if you're out ganking.

Riot, being a business, have a vested interest in you giving them money; so they make it hard to grind IP on purpose; since most people, myself included, will often cave in and dsy "fuck it im buying some RP". If you could unlock the new champs in an hour of gameplay they'd go bankrupt eventually.

i recently realized (and i'm in like ~1200 because i've been playing like shit the last day or so) that elo really isn't a thing
it seems to me that it's more of a psychological crutch or something that bad players use to justify their placement and inability to rise in the ranks
as you get better your elo will rise, so basicallyy it seems to me you deserve to be wherever you are

Yeah riot should totally make it easier to farm rp by lvling referral alts that are already supposed to be other people because the reward is so small and only encourages you to pay for it

No, riot shouldn't make you have to level alts to get RP because of how slow it is to get IP without boosts which you incidentally get from leveling alts. As in leveling 10 alts shouldn't be faster than farming 6300 IP.
i thought getting 10 referrals was a 1 time thing rather than it being for every 10 you refer you only get it for the first 10
and the 4 win ip boost isn't as good when you think about it, since you play about 4-5 games to get that boost then win 4 to get the ip from the boost
so you're really better off not bothering with lvling alts for ip boosts after the initial rp
What I'm saying is IP farming is really slow without boosts, RP is the only really viable way of getting a 6300 but I won't spend 10 bucks for just 1 champ.

last season, i queued my first few games with a friend who really wasn't that good at the game and we lost a lot. when i started queueing with someone else (all of us were around 1200) i got feeders and leavers at least 6 games in a row. i went 21/9/18 or something one game and we easily could've won but our janna believed our yi was a lost cause and bought a ton of boots. i had a 4.9/1 kda ratio for malz but lost most of my games with him anyway
this season i duoed with a friend of mine who was 1700 last season, we won most games for a while and i was at about 1450 and then we got leavers three games in a row. now i'm 1260
i do agree, though, that if you play a lot of ranked eventually your elo will get to where it should be.
