Carrying your team isn't just getting good scores. You have to take up the role of the leader, and forcefully direct your team towards global objectives.

One just presses R while they're on pool as Malzahar, no build needed, kills every time never fail.

To be honest what I've really noticed is that being able to dish out really good CC and tanking and generally supporting your team makes more of a difference than eating the enemy team, cause then you just get focused and you're 15 seconds of glory are over.

Definitely the second part.
A game last week I had, three of us were down, we had an Evelynn who was like 2/10 (about normal for an Evelynn) and Garen was pushing our top tower he was kind of tanky. So she dumped everything on him including her ult and he just ignored her and took down the tower before killing her. She was at full and he was at about half at the start.
Evelynn number 1!

Taking more than one Doran's when you're not being raped is always a stupid idea. Unless you're the AD Carry, you can buy a maximum of 2.
Also after much deliberation the only name suitable for Sejuani is Jabroni.

go roa - deathcap, you need the tankyness since you'll be locked down for your ulti and will probably need to take a bit of damage
glass cannon malz doesn't work that well

Malphite should have some better scaling
0.6 and 1.0 Ap ratios on Q and R, respectively
0.5 of armor on E and 40% armor increase on W
W also increases AD and it's passive scales with it
Passive scales with health
Riot should either remake (knowing riot, probably the same as a nerf, but a man can dream) or buff Malphite

Be careful. People kept saying Shaco needed a buff so his late game wasn't useless and they removed his early game. You keep talking like that and Malphite's early game tankiness will be GONE.

Tankiness is not the problem, the problem is his damage. Rammus has enough damage and utility to be useful, while Malphite can ult + Q + W + E in a fight and then he can't do anything else

I don't have anything against people having fun with weird builds and UP champs but it seems fishy that it was 4v5 3 times in a row.
