I just did some experimenting in a custom game after seeing a red on the forums say that tiamats do 50% of the damage they do and ignore resistances to anything hit by the splash damage.
I played GP, got a triforce and 4 tiamats. Crit a minion with pistol for 1000 damage and it one shot a near by enemy.

it's fun trolling karthus players as nunu, sit there with no hp, with your abyssal + zhonyas, eat a minion right as impact and survive, all the while spamming taunt and laugh

Can you get more op? Yes you can. Nasus with the same build who has farmed his Siphoning strike for 60 minutes.

That didn't even cross my mind, however gp is easier to land the hits because his attack is ranged and you have to hit a minion within range of a champion to 1 shot them.
Bought Yorick, he's lots of fun. Awesome pusher too. We killed one of them in a fight and we pushed it all the way to the nexus and won just with ghouls and a creep wave.

Take two levels of Heal by lvl3, max out R/W
Sit in bush and pressure enemy by wandering in and out of stun range
If you have to save a teammate and you only have enough mana for one ability, Stun is probably the better choice.

This is completely not why having an invisible champ would be good for support
It works in high range lanes or lanes where you can poke pretty well if you can see the opponent
The Eve/Twitch + Vayne lane works pretty well because you can stun whoever stands in the bush and eves slow really helps you land it nomatter where they are
It's a trick that's only going to work against people that haven't played against it before but nobody has played against it so it's almost always going to work

I still really prefer flat manaregen, even if it only works for the first 4 lvls it's still an advantage for those 4 lvls

I don't know, what do you think happens to a champion that can spot enemies without being seen whilst still buying support items for the team and warding the map
A champion that forces the enemy support into buying far more pink wards and wasting more gold just to know where they are
A champion that wins the lane for your vayne and makes her into the unstoppable monster of an assassin
espio makes good points, but that's under the assumption that you'll actually be able to dominate the lane, since taric/sona/soraka/janna + vayne would outdamage eve/twitch + vayne by level 3+
