It's probably because of her ult. It gives so much mobility which is just great for coordinated attacks.
she has some great kiting now with her new passive
ashe's slow doesn't do much against good gap closers, but sivir can just get out of range before the enemy reacts
hmm if you think about it, ad kennen is like ashe, just with aoe stuns instead of single target stun and slows, and maybe a bit stronger laning and early game due to decent base damage

That's actually a pretty good passive.
it's the most annoying passive in the game, for champions that aren't so fast (aka all AD carries that will face her bot) and don't have gap closers (most AD carries do, but it's also their only escape mech)

Ashe has her Frost Arrows, Vayne has her Tumble, Graves has his dash and Caitlyn has her .50 Caliber Net. Given that Graves and Caitlyn will have the most trouble chasing her, Sivir still needs to turn around and attack a champion for the passive to kick in.
If they need the escape mechanic within the couple seconds it takes to cooldown they have either bad ward coverage or they made the bad choice of going for the kill knowing they could very well die in the process.

Lich bane is probaly works best on akali, would be nice if you could actually stick to your target before Rylais and just rush a deathcap.
Since lichbane proc is physical damage added to your AA it also counts towards akalis passive gained from AP (Deals % of bonus damage based on your AD) So basicly once you have enough AP and the passive reaches 100% and it goes beyond that aswell Lichbanes proc is double effective on akali.
