1100-1200 wasnt that bad for me, lucky i didnt fall below 1100, the 2 games i had above 1200 were terrible

I believe the Soraka/Warwick is about the urf thing.
Zilean/Volibeear is because of armored bear champion is a meme which Zileas really didn't want to implement in the game. They even have unique interactions in game.

Soraka is who made Warwick the wolf he is now. He previously was a mass murderer who slew a bunch of people Soraka knew (mind you, they both were humanoid). In a fit of her godly rage Soraka turned Warwick into a beast, hoping that would end him. Because she was not allowed to do such a thing she was punished and made what she is now; pruple with hooves and a horn.
Sadly, Warwick only found that he was a more perfect killer is his newly gained form and kept going on rampages.
Zilean and Volibear has been explained already, I believe.
