I bought Cassio about 5 days before IEM. Now I hardly get the chance to play her since there's an instalock Cassio every queue. And a Shyvana, AD Kennen and Sona for that matter.

Well, you'd only be casting Q and E. W will do fuck-all and your Ult would only be used when you're well out of Attack range. Same goes for Q and E; you'd only be casting those when you're getting away or chasing someone.
