When i was level 10 i used to do AD Fiddle.
It was pretty fun and somewhat viable but you basically had to leave W to 1 since you could use it only to heal after fight etc

His auto attack steroid is also only strong enough if you're building AP and if you're building AP it's hard to build for bruising.

passive is worthless after 6, doesn't scale with AD, only level, and is only good early game.
