Supports need to have harder cc. It would be perfect if their support abilities got buffed but damage reduced (to stop people abusing them by playing non-support roles)

Worst place to test, Hell i suck at ad carry so much that even forcing me to play the role will cause an instaloss but i would never test or "try" in ranked.

Alister,Janna,Taric,Blitzcrank are supports with hard cc and there are plenty of unorthadox supports with hard cc like maokai,lux,shen,ect.
