Triforce is a luxury item on Sivir, plus she scales so hard just building straight damage so it's often better to go standard AD shit.

flat MR is overall better since the amount of resistances that either gives is a lot more important in the early game. However, scaling MR can work really well on top champs who get ridiculously tanky later on so take that as you will.
I still think that Rammus is OP. But i believe that Riven shouldn't of been nerfed.

Plus people have recently been going some interesting dual blue thing where they use 5 flat and 4 scaling MR. Personally it sounds too much like theorycrafting and I doubt it brings that much more to the field, but then again when it comes down to it the high elo players use it so consider it too.
I almost always play casters (with AP blues) or solo top champions so I guess I don't have to worry
against annoying queers like gragas mr runes dont do much
a solo top gragas can be very aggravating when you're playing certain champions

like I said, it depends on your champion. I use 20/10/0 on nocturne and 0/21/9 on trundle, for example
and on your preferences too. I don't like jungling with 21/9/0 GP but it works

ask rilez he plays skarner regularly
