New Jax deals out a good amount more damage but it's a lot more punishing if you fuck up since he's not very tanky anymore.

She's pretty fun once you hit a good cdr since you can spam your ult every teamfight, but I don't know where to put her

People who can jump in and beat the shit out of other people ie Tristana and Jarvan or any other aggressive bot.
Yeah if you have a teammate that knows what to do then she's terrifying
But a lot of the times I find myself WEQing into a good initiate but my lane partner just continues autoing minions
She's pretty much the most team dependent tank in the game, her passive hurts a lot but she does absolutely no damage herself
Oh right didn't read the question properly my bad.
Her E cast time is huge, I wish it had a better animation or more range
