You should Q, E, W, then R. You wont stun, but the fire will spread to them both, then W does 25% increased to both.

The optimal 1v1 is E W Q R, but when you drop burst in team fights it's W E Q R (or if you're dope like me you do E R W Q because your ulti spreads fire, but more often than not I just do the 'optimal' that dope one was more theorycraft suggestion).
Your 2 second stun is more valuable than anything else, why would you throw it away?
ALSO
I throw out W E Q R a lot because the range on W is unreal, and when two enemies are chasing me down I can drop it, keep running, then throw back a stun to try and escape.
If two people are coming at you the worst thing you can do is piss away your Q

The kassadin game was the lag-fest-fuck-those-servers. It was pretty bad, our trist would rocket jump, walk to the rocket jump location, then jump up and land on the spot.
One time I was walking back to base, I click the mid lane, then decide I want to rift-walk over the wall to safety.
I stared as kassadin walked into 3 enemy champions as I furiously tried to rift-walk to the turret.

Reached 500th win some time ago and getting the hang of Sivir. She's really hard to learn (to do well) then other champions for some reason. For example, Shyvana for the first time (I usually try FTs against bots, don't hate me ashxu) was pretty easy to learn and ended up 9-3.

Enemy team had two leavers at loading, so after we figured out that they really only had three people, we basically dicked around for an hour with them. Fiddle went crittlesticks, hybrid dps fiddle, and finally starting building to kill the leavers in summoner pool. He actually succeded a few times. I ran around cloaking and placing wards literally everywhere, then built all gold/10 items and sunfire cape and followed enemies without oracle's around :v:.

I don't build a mallet until much later.
I normally start regrowth into philos. Tears to manamune then philos into a shurelia's later depending on how well the team fights are going. Obviously whichever boots your prefer, normally mercs for me.
SV, FH and then whatever I need afterwards. I'd probably get mallet but in all honesty I've never got past say 35 mins as Yorick if i just push insanely hard. Which is kind of what he is good at.
TF is an ok item too, but I don't rush it. You can grab a sheen in there somewhere, but the manamune, SV and Glacial Shroud into FH is just awesome for spamming and cooldown reduction.
Just got another Yorick game. Morde fed me 3 kills in lane and I pushed hard
