your job in fights is either to clean up or make carries back out by using a Q, if you can kill something without getting focused do it, otherwise just back out and wait for next oppurtunity to do something,.

I don't use the tribunal much but I usually look over the chat before I vote.
Tribunal is gonna be full of idiots because there's no real incentive to pick correctly

also i got banned a few times and not even sure why. like how sometimes i go ap yi and people think i troll then i do really well. or i tell someone they're bad in ranked when i have one of those teams who all go 1/10 billion
people aren't gonna manage it properly if it's 5 IP per case

Lux has massive range and very long CD's there's really no reason to build RoA since you shouldn't be in the middle of a teamfight.
Just get like 2 dorans, deathcap, tanky item (RoA is bad on lux though, the slow is pretty much wasted. Then other shit from there. Lichbane is really a good item on lux due to her passive.

mana regen seals aswell as the regen mastery, paired with dorans rings, when you get to the point where you sell the rings you shouldn't have mana issues any more.
also beg your jungler for blue because cooldown reduction.
