She needs the health regen and survivability at the beginning of the game - I'm quick to sell it though.

boots makes you go really fast and zeals synergises with going fast, also you don't get 5 zeals, you need wiggles lantern so you can see better.

It's a pretty big pain in the ass if you do it all at once. I just do a couple any time someone who I like is free. If you like one of the 450 IP champs, you can do battle training and get enough IP for one of them.

Quick! what items to get on lanelaf other than wriggles
worst vlad ever on m5
vlad's range is like annie's and he doesn't have her burst potential so it's not easy to do well with him unless you get fed early
you have high sustain but annie can do ok too with roa and you get tankier late but the passive got nerfed pretty hard and you're still not quite a tank.
