Worst case of outplayed was when enemy solo top was Lee and Shyv jung.
Lee would Q me at turret and kick me away followed by Shyv ult even more far just to mock me.
And then double exhausted

Sion had so much lifesteal, dorans, vamp and vamp runes, that all my poke was just regained and shielded. Then he would stun me. I wasn't pushing, i was doing literally everything in my power to try and stop him, and he fucking shit all over me.

Had this happen to me as Renekton. Lee Sin Q'd me and Dragon Raged me away from my turret. He Dashed out of turret range with his shield and Q'd right back to me while at the same time Shyvana had carried me further away with her Ult. I got away with a Slice 'n Dice followed by a flash. With around 50 health.

I wouldn't say everyone. High damage, single target AP carries and AD mids are the only things that really counter a competent Veigar in lane.
