not banned alot, if there was no flash he probaly would be.
From my experience the baddies of draft/blind are different:
Draft = People who screw up a lot and/or lack of knowledge.
Blind = Can't play the game properly at all, terrible decision making and "who cares" attitude.

Had a game where Morgana + Vlad flipped the tables on a game that was basically gg.
Just played a game with a Vladimir and a Garen who constantly spammed "r u mad" and "lol noob" whilest having a score that's worse than mine.
Shit like this makes me want to have sharpened rules. If you behave like a prick you should be banned for 24 hours. If you've been banned three times for being a prick you're out.

like 1 week before the changes I said "why does no one play vlad" and everyone responded with scrube noob.
The changes are very minor and barely did anything except nerf his passive and look now everyone discovered him and suddenly he's everywhere.
