the game just doesn't allow the mechanic to work
somewhere like dota, dota2 or hon, sure, i can easily imagine anti carries happening due to a lot of big differences in the games
but this match finally reached lategame
we'll see how well anti-carry worked out in a fairly good test environment

Every game I've seen tries to follow the pro games, how much they succeed depends on ELO.
Lowest of the lowest: 2top, 1mid, 2bot, roles don't matter.
Higher: 1top, jungle, 1mid, 2bot
Higher: Meta followed but no map control, jungler never ganks, support never gets countered
You can see where this is going.
Thus, following pro games means you can predict shit that will soon happen in games, allowing you to figure out counters to shit before they get popularized.
I ain't no high ELO 1337 master, but hell, even in the games I play, the team mostly follows the meta.
Also CLG is retarded in this game, why even try killing no-damage Urgot that's tanky as hell

Anyways, urgot is viable anywhere, even in the jungle.
If you go top you are most likely going to deny a lot of farm and you will be 6 earlier which means your jungler is gonna get easy as piss ganks.
If you go mid you are most likely going to counter anyone that isn't morgana (You can deny xerath's harrasing with your W so god damn easily)
If you go bot you go with a sustain support, you harrass enemy carry, deny his farm, make him useless and thus win the game.
If you go jungle you gank with your W slow untill you are 6, then you also use your swap, which makes his ganks strong.
and you are talking about counters, in league of legends, let me laugh harder

I'm talking about good counters, like how Necrolyte can fuck up Huskar in Dota because of his ultimate, how you can fuck up a Riki's or broodmother's match with Slardar or Bounty hunter.
Sure teemo can blind tryndamere but that's not gonna stop him if he has cleanse, for example.

Because using cleanse, a 210 second cooldown summoner, is a viable way of stopping blinding dart, a 9 second cooldown ability.

1300 worst elo, even 1100 is better because there are 0 people who have only played 1-2 ranked games before
