Because being able to completely negate the damage trynd deals (except for the spin) is going to make trynd win that fight
So you use cleanse to get rid of the blind and somehow kill teemo, he comes back to life 20 seconds later and will just continue to poke you, you can't stop him because he's faster and can blind you if you spin at him
It's like playing gp except you're able to make trynd miss everything as well as make him ragequit from your q's

Also says Fiddlesticks counters vlad with his Burst damage, last time I checked fiddlesticks was Fear+Dot (ult+drain.)
Same with yorick, how the hell does renek counter him, yorick has WAY more sustain than renekton :I

I didn't say I wrote the list but Soraka counters urgot by silencing him, fiddlesticks bursts with ult and can drain vlads pool (also silences and fears so he can't spellvamp), and I don't really get the yorick one but I assume renekton is much better early game due to having better damage and being able to escape without the need of movement speed which is one of yoricks best poke abilities
But it's okay you can pretend that there are no counters in LoL then claim that the counters aren't real because they don't counter as hard as some dota champion does :)
