Because everyone hates him. Besides, lately I haven't seen a lot of Teemo's. Might have something to do with the weather, no idea.
Lately I've been seeing a lot of Riven players. I haven't seen Talon, Orianna or Urgot for ages though.

also, he USED to be popular. how many teemos have you seen this month/in december? I've seen probably 2-3...
It's hard to gauge a champion's popularity by yourself since you're such a small sample space compared to the amount of champions picked in a certain time frame.

Depends. In the jungle, I like going with Regrowth Pendant (Philo) -> boots -> Heart of Gold -> Negatron Cloak/Chain vest depending on the enemy team -> situational, but I like building a rabadon's if the game drags on for too long
If I'm solo top, start with either a mana crystal or boots, then rush a catalyst -> rod of ages -> mercs treads -> Negatron/chain -> Frozen heart/Abyssal -> Rabadon's -> situational

i play support blitz so this is my tanky AD support blitz build
Start off with mana crystal + ward
Build into sheen, get Boots of Swiftness, Philo and HoG for the extra gold, get a Glacial Shroud then a BV, build Sheen into TF or Shroud into FH, finish off with a black cleaver or other damaging item. I like BC because it's AS plus your W means you can crank out a few damaging hits real fast, plus the extra Sheen/TF damage, build your Philo into whatever regen thing has tenacity if they have CC, Eleisa's i believe, or Shuerlya's for the bonus active movespeed and HP and CDR
AP blitz is also viable but I'm not good at building him yet. Just get Lichbane and tanky AP items for him I guess

I didn't realise that I'd killed him though and ended up wasting my W and Qing a minion i mean wat

I had this Udyr on my team (I was playing Kennen), he's not too bad, he got good ganks, won a few small skirmishes but he makes the worst decisions ever. He initiated into a 4v4 but the other 3 took at least 2-3 seconds to get there, he went [b]back[/b] into a fight [b]twice[/b] when he was on [b]200hp[/b]. I said "Did you not learn the first time you went back into the fight on low health? I'd rather you be safe than go back in and die". He just responds "Fuck you Kennen".
Later on we catch out Soraka warding near Baron, I say "take baron, it's a 5v4" (Their Ezreal was pretty strong and Soraka was a big part of his uprising). Udyr goes to chase Lee Sin top but I keep pinging Baron. He then yells at me "You're an idiot, they know we're here" but I keep saying we should take it since it's a 5v4. He then thinks he's a smartass and says "Okay we'll take it and see what happens"
We get Baron, 4 kills, two inhibitors and a nexus tower, [u]that's what happened[/u].
We pushed their last inhib and won. He didn't say a word after we got Baron and the 4 kills. Feels good to shut up a fucking idiot.
[B]tl;dr:[/B] Some idiot on my team makes shitty decisions, he doesn't want to take baron but I insist, he thinks hes a smartass so he starts and we get Baron, 4 kills, two inhibitors and a nexus tower.
