In my eyes once you hit lvl30 you have no excuse to feed.
Note: 2/4 kd is not feeding nor is 0/5 tanking for your team. I'm talking about stupid initiations or giving away free kills

I'm playing on notebook. And maybe LoL isn't hard to run but still i got 15-30 fps from 40-50 on low. How is that possible? I have no idea.

everyone has bad games, even high elo players
akali zilean vs jax (me) kog, bot lane
pushed to turret entire game, try to farm and die, get them pushed back enough and initiate a fight, I get them both to below 40% hp but kog is no where to be found (sitting at turret doing nothing)
we get 0 ganks and are stuck to our tower for the next 20 minutes, then our jungler starts complaining that I do no damage when I'm the only one getting kills (and all of my stats are higher than his) and not running from 4v3s or any fight because I'd figure no one else would run; so every single fight ends up in me 1v4 after killing one of them and the rest of my team 200 feet away with +60% hp
our tank doesn't initiate any fights and does nothing but sit at top and farm for 30 minutes, akali gets super fed and kills everyone
this game sucks
why dont you guys ever join the fp chat and que together?
once we got a full group we raped every game, but now no one ever goes for it

Because not everyone in the FP chatroom is up to scratch, so to speak.

and besides, a lot of people's idea of fun is to win. No one likes to lose. What is more enjoyable? Winning a good game or losing a good game? Stomping a bad team or getting stomped because your team is bad?
I play League of Legends to win. That's my idea of fun. Good for you if you enjoy games where someone feeds the enemy free kills.
