i like to run with teleport + revive + ghost for ultimate mobility
it's a massive shame that riot removed revive's movespeed boost because of teleport-revive karthus, doing 300+ damage per second with defile whilst being glued to their carry was perfectly balanced imo

Karthus is a really really easy char, I pick him when I just want an easy win without even trying. Even if I feed, I win anyway because R and easy to farm.

looks like a random vamp scepter
unless you forgot to put BT
I usually get 2 doran blades and never leave lane then get bf sword and zeal together
