I actually do that :v:
I start with crit gloves, go B when I can get avarice and another crit gloves, go B when I can get philo and boots, then another avarice blade, farm like shit
It works a lot better than i expected and before I know it I can go B to get BFsword and the crit cloak for IE
The IP you gain from matches is determined from how long the game goes on for.
I think you get less IP from co-op/custom.

won't work if they aren't premades - you can't hope to organise a caitlyn to stun them whenever you do unless they know thats what you want them to do. and telling someone to do something in league is league speak for saying fuck you and their polish mother to your lane partner.

if you have 80CS and say 60 of them were Q kills, you generated at least 300 extra gold

I've found that I don't really need the move speed with teemo because of his move fast skill, but thanks, I'll remember that in the future.

But by paying up 1000g it'll give you 98 AP + 30% extra damage on your E. Which is pretty cost effective.

Imagine how scary the extra crit chance, move speed and attack speed is though

Hex core is a terrible waste of an item slot.
Also, you NEED to get the blue hex core upgrade, since his W range is way too fucking small by default.

Depends on your teamcomp, though. If you already have a lot of champions with a stun you can just go Q or E, whatever you prefer.

Or you can get Veigar whose stun appears to be low in range but can actually easily catch a fleeing enemy at range
