there is literally no reason to ever buy a black cleaver compared to getting a pd
it's really only ever worth it on the stronger ad carrys (trynd and vayne obv) because of how much they do already, and even then you'll want an IE or a BT first
Black Cleaver works best against armor stackers. It can completely negate a chain vest/sunfire cape at least.
or you can use armour pen runes and the 10% from masteries and a last whisper
Black Cleaver is good if you already have a PD because it makes you hit harder as well as hit faster, plus unique passive that gives arpen. I usually get it after IE, BT and PD.

no it works best if people have no armor at all, it shreds armor for your entire team. Last whisper is good against armor stackers.
Flubadoo made a grap a few pages back, basicly black cleaver is better than last whisper most of the time.

i jungled rammus for the first time post-jungle changes and forgot to bring smite. in spite of that it took almost no time for me to clear jungle and i ended up carrying

Most of the time if you can get 3 autos off in 5 second gaps and they have less than 113 armour and you have enough ad to actually benefit from them having 45 less armour
IE and PD so much better, 45 armour reduction compared to a higher chance of doing 2.5x as much damage, and having the speed to actually get attacks in and not be killed

Winrawr. Only problem wouyld be bone cap. If it's too low, then Egg is severly cooldown restricted. If too high, he dominated soley with Raptor form.
