So will the new Counter-Strike be activate, dodge, and then stun immediately? Or something more like activate, dodge, bubble, and activate again to stun?

The bubble is the visual effect to show that your dodge is active, then after the delay he stuns.

Also i meant how much damage they do, with trynd having crit and massive ad from lvl1 and vayne being the strongest ranged ad
I can't get the hang of any ranged AD carries, I don't know what my problem is. I can farm reasonably well and I think my builds are fine but when it comes to fighting an enemy champion, I never come out of it victorious.
Any tips?
It seems like Kennen is the new FOTM.
I hope he doesn't get nerfed.

Positioning. It's not something you can give tips per se on, but remember you are normally squishy (unless you have some health items etc). Just work on making sure you are focusing their ranged carries or squishy champs and with a good build and being well farmed you should always come out on top. If that still doesn't work, watch some high elo AD carries play, and try and pick up how they move around.
