I still think that the idea of a champion that "steals" stats from others would be great
that'd be trundle
that'd be trundle
but in a smaller percentage, and one that would keep the stats for a longer time. he'd also steal only the strongest stats (he wouldn't steal the armor of a squishy champion, for example) maybe he wouldn't actually steal them, but instead just gain them (so the enemy wouldn't lose any stats)
zuk dont you play trundle?
what's the stereotype of a finnish person
A drunk unemotional wifebeater who lives in a sauna
and if it didnt steal from them and you only gained stats, its called a steroid...
I still think that the idea of a champion that "steals" stats from others would be great
I was originally going to make his passive be that he absorbed the stats of enemy champions he killed, but I figured just going for a bland passive would be better
and if it didnt steal from them and you only gained stats, its called a steroid...
no, not what I meant I mean, he will gain stats based on the enemy's, but without "taking" any of them, the enemy wouldn't lose anything (well except that he'd die)
well doesn't that really undermine the whole concept of "you should be stronger if your enemies are weaker"?
that kinda reminds me of veigar's old passive Entropy (Innate): Veigar steals 20% of each nearby enemy champion's ability power. The amount stolen per target cannot exceed 5 times Veigar's level. it was so powerful lol
OR he could just normally steal them, but I believe that could make him too strong if fed. If there's one person carrying the whole enemy team, you could just steal that player's stats and bam, there go his chances of winning if it was too weak, however, then there would be no point in having it anyway, and it'd be just a cool skill that doesn't do that much, like Kassadin's passive [editline]11th January 2012[/editline]
that kinda reminds me of veigar's old passive Entropy (Innate): Veigar steals 20% of each nearby enemy champion's ability power. And the "additional hitpoints" were 20% of current max hp.

Riot wants to stop SOPA http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1696462 they even set up a special forum account for a Congressman to post
YES YES YES YES YES RIOT IS AGAINST SOPA AND SPREADING AWARENESS!!!!!! +200 respect for riot
Gel'ime absorbs 10% of magical damage as mana and half of that as health.
that doesn't make sense if you're taking 10% less damage and 5% of the damage you take is converted into HP, then you're basically taking 15% less damage (correct me if I'm wrong)
Hi, this is Congressman Jared Polis of Colorado. As a member of the League of Legends community (partial to Anivia and Maokai), and as someone who made his living as an Internet entrepreneur before being elected to Congress, I’m greatly concerned about the future of the Internet and gaming if Congress doesn't wake up. You may have heard that Congress is currently considering a bill called the Stop Online Piracy Act, or SOPA. While SOPA has a ton of problems, there are some significant issues that I thought fellow gamers might want to know about. I’m particularly concerned that SOPA might stifle the kind of innovation that brings us games we love, such as LoL. The bill makes it far too easy for angry competitors to sue good law abiding companies out of existence. It threatens any company or website that depends on user-generated content, even companies like Riot. Instead of coming up with great ways to keep making games like LoL even better, companies will have to spend their money hiring lawyers. That's why companies like Riot, who want to protect the games they create, are opposed to SOPA. I’ve been working on alternative legislation that would protect the games companies create while also fostering innovation. But we also need you to call your members of Congress and let them know of your opposition to SOPA. This bill has a very real chance of passing, and it is up to all of who want to protect the Internet to take action. More information is available at http://keepthewebopen.com/. Please make your voices heard in this debate! I will be happy to respond to your posts below, and will check back every few hours today and respond to as many as I can.
fuck yes
Actually when I think about it, with or without SOPA Riot doesn't lose or get anything
fuck yes
thank god i'm in Colorado [editline]11th January 2012[/editline]
Actually when I think about it, with or without SOPA Riot doesn't lose or get anything
It can affect their community pretty bad though
Actually when I think about it, with or without SOPA Riot doesn't lose or get anything
read the thread
I find it a bit weird how after the Congressman's first post, he starts talking like a typical internet user.
It's almost as though he's actually a typical internet user who just so happens to be a congressman

That's true for any champ that scales well with crit.
read the thread
It doesn't harm them as a company. They don't lose money with or without SOPA so of course they'll be against it (because other people's videos help them getting new players).
I hate how shaco is fotm now
That's true for any champ that scales well with crit.
The irony is that it actually happened in his spotlight. Volibear coming at me? Lol parley and AA crit twice in a row without items.
That's true for any champ that scales well with crit.
aka all the ad carrys 4% crit mastery means you have a 4% chance to just completely wreck someone, sometimes you'll completely win your lane from 1 lucky crit
that doesn't make sense if you're taking 10% less damage and 5% of the damage you take is converted into HP, then you're basically taking 15% less damage (correct me if I'm wrong)
the amount of HP you gain can be affected by outside sources (i.e grievous wounds reduces healing, dominion passive and ignite, and on the contrast that +30% healing item whose name escapes me) though thats just a thought I had once you posted that and yeah that's kinda dumb of me. [editline]11th January 2012[/editline] also new chinese login music gives me the largest boner
