Leavers in ranked should get 4x the penalty and with immediate effect of a ban because i've just lost 4 games in a row in ranked because of a leaver when it was so clearly won but sadly in a team game 4 people just doesn't cut it without something to compensate for the loss of a player which riot refuses to put in because it would be unbalanced and abused.
Even people below lvl30 know Chalice sucks ass

This wouldn't help because most of the time it's a kid getting dragged off for any reason by their parents.

Well then it should restrict them to normal and stronger restrictions should be put in place for ranked players.

I fucking hate my computer
It resets twice before it's 'stable', within about an hours timeframe, so no league then. After that, its basically a dodge chance roll as to whether you dodge a blue screen or it hits and does tons of damage to my current game. The problem is, theres no pattern to it at all besides the fact that there will be two crashes when it is first turned on each day. I'll power it on, it'll crash a few minutes in, then about 10 minutes after it resets it'll crash again, then it'll be ok.
Theres not even a pattern to HOW it crashes. Sometimes I'm reading facepunch and everything will freeze, and the sound will mute. Sometimes the sound will keep playing but stuck on one split-second, so its a loud WHIRRRRRRRR. Other times its a basic blue screen, though what appears changes every so often. Sometimes its a page in non paged area or some bullshit, others its a blank blue screen then all the text pops up minus an actual error. Other times the computer will just switch off and restart.
Theres not even a pattern to what I need to do once it freezes. Sometimes just lightly pressing the power button is an instant shutdown. Other times, it requires me to hold the button. Rarely, the PC will do it itself.
I've been having this problem for weeks now, and at the moment its caused a problem in at least 3 of my last 10 games, causing me to crash early game, lose lane like hell, then be underfed for the entire game.

Sounds like several driver problems and not hardware problems so I suggest formatting all your hdds and reinstall whatever os you prefer and check if it still happens otherwise you have broken memory and/or broken/overheating gpu I'm suspecting

In a thread about this a red posted about how they were experimenting with shacos ultimate to make you able to switch between the clone and real shaco, although they said it wouldn't be implemented. Although that would be so fun

I think they should get that player's gold funneled to the remaining team at the least
and a 5% buff to all attack and defense stats

fill in queue if someone has been gone for more than 5 mins, they get dropped and someone can replace them.
they should be filled in on the situation before committing to the game as well

leave your clone behind a wall for an emergency escape, or switch to him before dying and tadaa, you have a homemade blink and heal

Clone follows you, and I'd assume they'd just make it so that if you switched to the clone the real shaco would behave exactly as the clone, or at the least just follow you like the regular clone.
It's too easy to tell which is clone shaco, riot should do something about that

Riot really needs to add a drop in system and make it reward for people willing enough to go in and help.
There needs to be a knight champion riding a horse, and at level 6 you can dismount and the horse acts like a sub-champion. Would be something unique in that its a persistent, strong minion rather than one that lasts a short time.
Also dinosaurs.

Talking about Shaco reminds me of this time when the enemy Shaco kept saying "wow my champion is SO OP hahahaha" and stuff like that, so I tried to prove him wrong
I was a (fed) Morde, and I was pretty much just roaming around the map, hoping to find and kill him

not if you know how to convince them that the clone is actually you. one of my friends usually will stay in the fight and follow his clone out so they'll ignore him and go for the clone instead
I've got a plan, I'm playing with a friend on EU-NE, I'm almost lvl 20. I'm gonna buy only crit damage runes, and play ashe. Completely wreck the enemy support with my 100% crit shot followed by volley.
