Nope, only 1335 at level 18.
That's over 4 seconds, and you have to take base armor into account, which is like 40% reduction.
With bonuses, and yeah armour will take it down a lot but wow.
Keeping enemies in it isn't that hard as they'll be in the air a good second or two.
why do people take wolves before blue

since blue automatically gives you level 2 all it really does is waste time if you don't have enough sustain to survive not having a pull if you can't clear wolves in the short time it gives between wolf and blue spawning
idk I just want to know why people do it because it's annoying for top/mid to wait for you to finish wolves so they can leash

Dunno about Volibear but Wucock can dish pretty insane harrass and has an incredible ulti that can screw up enemy teams.
