How do you solo against a twitch? If I extend he comes out and shoots me with range forcing me to fall back and keep recalling. Purchasing sightwards early kills me along with purchasing an oracle.

I would have imagined getting a few early ganks to give you a level advantage would have sorted out the squirelly wee bugger.
