Viktor doesn't suck. I max power transfer first, I would rather get in close and risk getting hit then constantly miss death ray. Along with that if you Q+E in quick succession chances are half of your lane enemy's health is gone. Then W pretty much makes him ungankable, if they come out just put it down in front of them and the gank is failed.
I just see a lot of dumb Viktor players nowadays. Makes me sad.

Don't get me wrong, I love Viktor conceptually, but he needs some serious tweaking.

But the thing i want to point out is, once Elementz updated his tier list, skarner was placed tier 1, and right after that point he's now permbanned or FP in EVERY ranked game, it's a very extreme situtation if he's not banned or first picked.
That was how it was like with Vayne as well, because she really outclasses almost all of the other carries, if they're equal farm.
So overall, she's low on his list, noone finds her attractive, noone sees any good karmas, why bother playing her.

I have discovered that if you play late at night/early in the morning you will be paired up with unbelievably skilled players. Literally, I was playing with 4 friends, all of which being lvl 30 except me (I'm lvl 21) and we got paired up against a bunch of games where nearly everyone had at least 2x more wins than our most winning player. There was even a game where these 2 guys both have over a thousand wins, it was so fucked.

Someone actualy asked me earlier to save some replays, but i completely forgot after a couple of days, so i don't really have any scanner ones afaik.
I have thought about coaching some of the interested facepunch players though, so that might be a thing instead.
If I play VS AI on easy, I get like 17/3/9 but if I play on hard I get absolutely devastated. What do.
