Wukong has more mid game damage than almost any tanky DPS, he's also the only one of these that has stealth AND an AoE knockup with really good damage
and how does he not scale into lategame, with his awesome ratios and a passive that can give him 40 armor and MR with 5 enemies nearby

Too bad she's just a tanky Master Yi whose only saving grace is that she tower dives well and nothing else really.
You could play Udyr or some other tanky fuck off jungler and roughly accomplish her goal along with being useful.

Annie's burst is practically as high too, swamped by Xerath by a tiny bit. On demand stuns equal it out almost.
He gets kited easily, affected highly by armor (Q helps a tad, but regardless), no true steroid after his E, which is rather short mind you, and gets kited like an absolute bitch. Using W in teamfights is pretty situational by itself. Anywhere around brush it's pretty strong, but in lanes it's almost worthless.
Mind you, I'm not saying Wukong or Annie is bad at all.

wukong gets an extra 40 armour/mr late game before counting his base mr/armour and items
wukongs ult lasts for 4 seconds and covers much more than annie, he also does 1.1 of his ad per second and reduces armour with his q, so not only does he get tanky from nothing he also hits pretty hard with nothing
now give him items and he's 200x better than annie and most other tanky ad's
I don't even understand how this can even be an argument, are you going to tell me caitlyn can do as much damage as vayne next?
edit: as nintendo guy said, they're two different champions with two different styles, annie is burst and wukong is sustained ad with small bursts, although annie is actually pretty weak atm cause of loads of other ap's being pretty broken and wukong is currently pretty strong
Sort of segway, but it's interesting how Annie used to be considered the quintessential AP carry and now she's more for a niche role who fulfills more of a terror midgame since there are so many other options.
last time i checked wukong's spin does less damage compared to him just auto attacking
its pretty much because he autoattacks faster than once per second although his ult does more if you can get a few people in it

he reduces 30% of an enemy's armour with his q
so he's basically not affected by armour combined with the 10% from masteries, armour pen runes and last whisper
Your first ranked games are what's known as placement games. They start at 50 elo per game and steadily drop back down to around 15 per game through roughly 30 total games. This is to make it easier to reach your true elo from the getgo instead of having elo gain constant throughout.
