They basically undid the buff completely, and now he's going to be completely shit, even with blue.
Basically reverted back to old skarner, since that crystal slash mana buff was the biggest buff given to him.
i have never seen an oom skarner.
Jax remake does look quite nice though.

Zilea[B]s[/B] was against getting armored bears into the game, thus Zilea[B]n[/B] has status "Even Zilean wasn't able to keep armored bears out from League of Legends" thingy when Volibear got into the game.
Also, Volibear Buffs/nerfs. Made him only better, bite will still hit for like 700 hp easily :v:

Atleast it makes his early game jungling a tad quicker, but yeah, the old one was still beast, but i don't think it'll be a problem anyway tbh, he seems pretty viable so far, can't wait to try him out.
