well, they nerfed what needed to be nerfed, but gave him an escape mech and made his other skills better
I feel Ahri is in a good position right now. She's not OP material but she's close if not balanced. There's a clear line between good and bad Ahri players.

the only nerf is chosen of the storm no longer resetting on death but really 120 seconds isn't much, and volibear can easily go toe to toe alone with any champion without his passive

chaox/ some other tourney AD players used it in MLG when it was in the game files.
Riot decided it wasn't a good enough skin then so they removed it and are reworking/ reworked it into a legenday skin.
