On the topic of graphic cards, I own a laptop and don't know anything about graphic cards, so I have a question:
I have a NVIDIA GeForce G210M, is it shit?
It's alright, it's not fantastic and doubt it'd do well with Saints Row 3, but it's not bad.
Sorry man but I think it is extremely shit atleast based on my little experience about nvidia graphics card labeling logic and simply the fact that it's a laptop you have.
Edit: Oh wait looks suprisingly ok you will probably run it at least.

I remember in the Tank Mayhem video, the cars would get all crumpled like tin foil.

You can probably deform the cars freely judging from how in that tank mayhem video they did it tons by sqashing the cars with the tank.
I hope so, i really don't want "Car explosion next to car looks like it has only been kicked" damage.
I want a cheat that makes it so that the car which you are in to have ten times as much health as normal.
And then when you get out of the car it instantly goes to full damage and blows up five seconds later.

With GotR there is a plane mechanic for customizing them at the airport hangar crib just forward and to the left of where you take out your planes. The mod also adds a boat mechanic at the Suburbs dock crib. Pull a boat forward about 10ft and you'll be right on top of it.
EDIT:
I should also note that all the metallic paints that were only useable on Trim have been added to the body paint color pool. The result is that you can use paints like chrome, platinum, white gold, copper oxide, etc on body parts now. Hence, Redstar's gold plane is really gold.
