Saint's Row 2 went on Onlive not too long ago, and watching someone play it, it has the Windows 7 Speedbug.
It's a damn shame that I can't tell the person playing about it without a Mic.

I know Saints Row 3 looks sexy as hell, but i've just been playing Red Faction Armageddon a bit and that games looks superb, so i have more than full confidence in this game turning out well, not to mention that Red Faction Armageddon was a console port and it's spot on.

I think that the implication is that they're the same, but that they've changed a lot. Plus, with the EDF rover in one of the DLC's, it's pretty much a given.
You get the EDF Scout in Corporate Warfare, now i don't know if this is intentional or if i'm thinking too much into it, but the DLC is called [B]Corporate[/B] Warfare and the get the EDF Scout, which is from Red Faction Guerilla who has a Corporation called Ultor which is also in Saints Row 2, i just like to think of it as it's called Corporate Warfare because of the two Ultor Companies in either game.

I think it's a bit more likely that they're the same corporation than there were two global world-wide corporations with the exact same name which battled each-other.

They've dropped enough hints to show they're pretty much the same company. Also it's just funnier that way.

They're the same company. The idea is that Red Faction happens hundreds of years into the future, they're the same company, but different time periods. This is hinted at numerous times; The mountain in RF is named after an executive you kill in SR2, that one expansion for SR2 included RF gear and vehicles and a plot point that connected the games, etc etc
I'm pretty sure volition has openly said that they're connected but don't quote me on that.

It's a few hundred years in the future, so they probably made a comeback.
I like to imagine that, somewhere on the other side of Mars, there's another facility run by the Saints.
Saints Row 4 is set on Mars.
