The awesome thing about the Initiation Station is how ANYONE can use it, since it's going to be free.

Kind of, but I suppose it's due to a standard layout of island cities.

I don't know since the scaling is probably smaller than what it actually is, since this Saints Row 2 map looks a bit blurry, meaning you can tell someone made it bigger than it is.
