I think the map isn't doing it any justice then, because in the gameplay video (not the one on this page) [sp]when he flies around in the VTOL it shows the city in the back,[/sp] the main part of it anyway, it looks huge, and like in the gameplay video of the first mission, [sp]when you're falling from the plane, the city looks huge.[/sp]

Initiation Station is just about creating a Character for the full game, so you can get right into the game when you play it.

I've copied down the sliders for my favorite character so I can re-make her right off. We'll see how that turns out; I'll probably keep her for singleplayer and make an inhuman monstrosity for co-op.

Should I preorder this game? Are the bonuses even worth it? I don't know if they're found ingame or not or if I can buy them as DLC or what.

Well, dialogue as in scripts as in conversations.
He probably wrote up everything for the entire game; scenes, screenplays and all that stuff.
Adding some more specifics, it was a group effort, and he very well could be the one in charge of the overall production and taking credit-I don't really know, I never asked her anything further beyond what she did.
And I don't have any real proof unless her name pops up on the credits when the game comes out.
I hope SR2 goes on sale so I can try it out (Yes I know it's 33% off right now but THQ week and all that). Still excited for SR3 either way.

Finally preordered SR3, can't fucking wait, SR2 is one of my favorite sandbox games ever.
Managed to get Saints Row 2 working somehow without the 1.5x speed bug, so I played some co-op and became giant lycra wearing homosexual Michael Jordan, with his friend The Joker!
